NOTICE OF PRIVACY

VALENTA ZAPATOS , will proceed to cancel and delete the personal data after blocking it once it fulfills the purpose that justified its processing.

The blocking period will be equivalent to the prescription period of the actions derived from the insurance contract that founds the treatment in the terms of what is established in articles 81 to 84 of the Insurance Contract Law. The cancellation of personal data will not be carried out when the assumptions of articles 26 and 34 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties are applicable.

EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS

You or your legal representative may make a request requiring you to make use of your rights to Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of your personal data held by VALENTA ZAPATOS .

Your request may be submitted in a physical or electronic document using the means that we make available to you in the section “AVAILABLE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION” and must contain the following information:

1. • Name and address, as well as any additional information used to contact you.
2. • Documents that prove that you are the owner or legal representative of the ARCOS rights to be exercised.
3. • Concise and clear description indicating the ARCO rights to be exercised, as well as the personal data involved.
4. • In the case of requesting rectification of personal data, you must accompany the documentation that supports the request.
5. • Clearly indicate shipping data, it being important to note that in the event that it is necessary to physically send the documents, the corresponding expenses will be borne by the applicant.

The response to your request will be sent to you within the deadlines established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as long as they are not under the exceptions of article 26 of said Law and 75 of its regulation.
It is important to remind you that, if the content of the policy or its modifications do not match the offer, you must request the corresponding rectification within thirty days following the day you receive the policy. After this period, the stipulations of the policy or its modifications will be considered accepted, in accordance with the provisions of article 25 of the Insurance Contract Law.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT

In accordance with article 21 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, at any time you may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data so that we stop using and transfer of the same through the use of the mechanisms provided for it in this document, unless it is found in the assumptions established in sections I to VII of article 27 of the aforementioned Law. Likewise, it is necessary that you send us your request by the means and requirements mentioned in this Notice in the section “EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS” .

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time due to legislative changes, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our products or services. These modifications will be available to the public through the means described in this document in the section “AVAILABLE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION” .
